Gorgeous 3-bedroom villa with a private pool,

air conditioning and roof terrace with a sea view. Located in a quiet residential area 15 minutes' walk to restaurants & shops, 20 minutes' walk to the Blue Flag Beach!

 This beautiful detached villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pretty lounge and dining area, and a sleek well-equipped kitchen. The front hall sets the tone for this upgraded villa with the living area to the left and the bedrooms and bathrooms to the right.

The bright lounge has a comfy couch and two chairs, and wall-mounted flat screen TV with local and some international channels. Doors from the lounge open onto the deck and pool area outside. The adjacent dining area has a table and 6 chairs and doors to the decking outside where there is a glass-topped patio table and 6 chairs.

The newly installed kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle.

The impressive new main bathroom is in the corridor to the right of the hall.  It has a large shower enclosure, toilet and stylish vanity unit.

Opposite the main bathroom is Bedroom 3, which has a single bed and built-in wardrobe.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and it has direct access to the paved patio and pool area.  At the end of this corridor the spacious, en-suite Master Bedroom has a 6 ft bed and built-in wardrobe.  Its splendid upgraded en-suite bathroom has a large shower enclosure, bidet toilet and smart vanity unit.

There is air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, and there are electric fans, if needed.

From the off-road private parking space, a wooden ramp leads to the villa's front door and connects with the decked area at the rear of the villa.  This decking is both useful and attractive, providing easy, level access from the entrance gate to the interior living area and the interior of the house is all on the same level.  The decking extends to a pleasant area off the lounge which has 2 patio tub chairs and small table to relax with a glass of wine near the pool.  From here there are 2 steps down to the paved patio from where there is pool access with steps to the shallow end. The pool is protected on two sides by a handsome glass and stainless steel barrier.  Also in this paved patio at the far side of the villa is the built-in BBQ,  the patio doors to Bedroom 2 and adjacent Laundry Room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

From the decking there is an external staircase leading to a tiled roof terrace which has another table & chairs and sun loungers, from where there is a sea view.

The villa is an excellent base for a holiday in Luz and also Lagos and the fabulous wider region. The coastal scenery is stunningly beautiful with fantastically shaped cliffs protecting precious little sandy coves, and Luz is the perfect base to discover it all for yourself ! 

  

Located in a quiet residential area overlooking Luz village and bay, the villa is 15 minutes walk to restaurants and shops.  The beach is 20 minutes walk downhill.  While everything in the village is walking distance a car is recommended, especially for guests with small children or for older guests.

- To make a booking we need your postal address, telephone number and some party member details

- On receipt of the booking deposit we send you the reservation confirmation with booking dates, payments made, amount of balance and the balance due date

- Any changes by the client to a confirmed booking will incur an administration charge of Euro 50

- We accept VISA and MasterCard - nominal processing charge Euro 10

- We also accept payments by Bank Transfer  

- The Booking Deposit is deducted from the total rental amount and the rental balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday begins

- Travel Insurance is compulsory under EU Law. Rentals are on condition that clients have purchased adequate Travel Insurance to cover all party members.
