A delightful 3-bedroom villa, 2 minutes walk to the beach, with a private pool and great sea views.

 

The front door of this charming end of row villa reveals an attractive tiled circular staircase that leads upstairs to the main living area which has lovely sea views. 

 

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor and the rear twin bedrooms both have patio doors that open onto a south-facing patio overlooking the pool.

 

Looking to the left at the top of the stairs you are drawn to the sea views through the patio doors in the lounge.  The open plan living area also includes the newly-fitted aquamarine kitchen which has stunning co-ordinating red wall tiles!

 

The bright and airy white-painted living area has fetching turquoise accessories which compliment the colours in the kitchen, including the pretty throws on the lounge suite, and the dining table has a large table with seating for 6 people.  Sliding patio doors open onto a south-facing veranda which has another table and chairs where you can enjoy the lovely views of the Black Rock and Luz Bay. 

 

The newly-fitted and well-designed kitchen has lots of storage space and a countertop unit separates it from the adjacent dining area.  A door from the kitchen opens onto a small front veranda where there is a charcoal BBQ. 

 

The lounge veranda has a small gate at the top of the outside steps that lead down to the lower patio and the two twin bedrooms on the ground floor. 

 

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor at the front of the house has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. 

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are at the end of the hallway and both have twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 also has two child beds that pull out from underneath the twin beds.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet and toilet and the main bathroom has a shower enclosure and toilet.

 

The lower patio has a gate leading to the pool area, and a wide passage at the side of the villa leads to another small gate at the front area of the villa.  The new pool is 16 ft x 10 ft, and, unusually, the pool has an adjoining separate shallow paddling section which measures 16 ft x 6 ft. This delightful villa has many child-friendly features and is very popular for family holidays.

 

There is free parking at the front of the villa.

 

 

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the Blue Flag beach.   From water sports at the beach, to tennis, horse riding, quad biking, coastal walks and several excellent golf courses nearby, there are lots of activities available in the area.

 

Everything in the village is within walking distance so a car is not necessary and there is a bus stop nearby with regular service to Lagos and Burgau, but a car would give you more options and flexibility to explore the beautiful coastline and many other beaches to the west.

Booking Information

- To make a booking we need your postal address, telephone number and some party member details

- On receipt of the booking deposit we send you the reservation confirmation with booking dates, payments made, amount of balance and the balance due date

- Any changes by the client to a confirmed booking will incur an administration charge of Euro 50

- We accept VISA and MasterCard - nominal processing charge Euro 10

- We also accept payments by Bank Transfer  

- The Booking Deposit is deducted from the total rental amount and the rental balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday begins

- Travel Insurance is compulsory under EU Law. Rentals are on condition that clients have purchased adequate Travel Insurance to cover all party members.
