  • Deposit of €200 per week is required to secure a reservation - balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please.  On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.   

          CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa

  • Travel Insurance is recommended
