BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (single processing fee €10)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request                                                  

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week  - the balance of rental amount payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis 

  • For stays of less than one week an extra night's rental is charged to cover cleaning costs     

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address,  telephone number and the names of the party members, please

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance and the balance due date

  • Any changes to a confirmed booking will incur an administration charge of Euro 25    

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
