This lovely villa is in the village of Praia da Luz, a few minutes walk from the beach and the shops/restaurants.

	The light and airy dining area is just off the kitchen, and there are patio doors from the lounge onto a large south facing veranda

	The Double Bedroom has en-suite Bathroom Bidet & Toilet The Twin Bedroom and Double Bedroom open onto the patio and pool area The Main Bathroom with toilet & bidet The Third Bedroom has single bed with slide out single bed underneath
	Luz Bay 50 has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. There are two bathrooms, both with bath/shower and bidet, and there is also a guest toilet near the lounge area. A Cot and High Chair can be provided at no extra charge

Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request
Booking Deposit is €200 per week - the balance of rental amount payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis

Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please!

On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance and date payable

CANCELLATIONS:

The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
