A beautiful 3-bedroom semi-detached villa located in a quiet cul de sac really close to shops, restaurants and the Blue Flag Beach


From the garden and private parking space, the stylish front door opens into an attractive hallway from where

stairs lead up to the living area, kitchen and guest toilet, while the bedrooms and pool area are a few steps down from the entrance hall.


 With a modern twist on traditional styling, the upstairs lounge is splendidly furnished with two squashy, comfortable couches and matching armchair, while the large flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre rest on a delightful white antique sideboard.

A wood-burning stove has been installed in the fireplace which boasts a traditional semi-circular chimney.

Contributing to the bright and modern twist, the large white-painted dining table has matching seat for 6.


The sunshine streams into the living room through glass doors to the spacious veranda outside which there is another table and chairs for al fresco dining. The veranda has a charcoal BBQ, and from here steps lead down to the pool area on the lower level.


Also on the upper living room level is a new and a new kitchen with an adjoining pantry, that is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and also an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, an iron, ironing board and ample crockery, pots and pans.. 


Alongside the kitchen is a guest bathroom, with toilet and hand basin, while in a small alcove at the top of the stairs there is a simple, but useful, desk.


A few steps down from the entrance hall is the smart family bathroom which has a bath with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3, beside the main bathroom, has twin beds, built-in mirrored wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has a new en-suite shower & toilet.  It has twin beds, built-in mirrored wardrobe and it opens onto a sheltered patio near the pool area.

The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. The Master Bedroom has a 6 ft double bed and opens onto a terrace with steps to the pool area.


The villa has recently had a new pool installed and it's a fantastic addition to all the villa has to offer!


We are certain that this gem of a villa will be a firm favourite with a great many of our regular guests, with the added bonus of its proximity to restaurants, shops and the Blue Flag beach

Located  in the centre of Luz village, the villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach just 2 or 3 minutes' walk to restaurants, shops and the beach so a car is not necessary.

However if you decide to hire a car you will have the chance to see the wonderful coastline to the west with beautiful sandy coves and beaches, pretty fishing villages and some brilliant little restaurants serving delicious fresh local fish, meats and wines.


Everything in the village is within walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby with a regular service to Lagos and Burgau, but having a car would give you more options and flexibility.
