Fabulous modern 3-bedroom townhouse with a private pool , patio & garden and Sea Views.  Just 2 minutes' walk to village restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk to Burgau Beach!

 

A spacious modern split-level villa which also has access to Burgau Club's large pool, kids' pool & play area, just a couple of minutes' walk away. 

 

The front door opens into a ground floor hall and storage area from where stairs lead up to the main living area comprising of a living room, kitchen, main bathroom and twin bedroom.  From this level stairs lead to the Master Bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs. 

 

The lovely bright lounge has a sea view and doors to a sunny patio and pool area with sun loungers.  The garden has fragrant flower beds and views of the Natural Parque and coastal path. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and a DVD player.  The dining table has seating for six.

 

The separate  kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto the patio and pool area which has a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of of wonderful local wine!

 

Also on this level, near the living room is the main bathroom with bath, shower & toilet.  The Twin Bedroom with built-in wardrobes is also on this level.

 

Upstairs from the main living area, is the Master Bedroom which has a 5 ft double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and toilet.  Doors  from the bedroom open onto a super, sunny veranda with two chairs to relax and enjoy the lovely sea views.  The veranda overlooks the private pool and also the shared pool and patio area of Burgau Club to the left.

 

This house now has additional accommodation in the Basement which comprises 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a bedroom/lounge area with bunk beds.

 

Because the bedrooms are on different floors this villa may not be ideal for very small children.

 

There is free off-road parking at the front of the villa.

 The villa has free wi fi.  There is full air conditioning and the villa, pool and garden are well maintained.

The villa is very close to all amenities and the nearest restaurant is less than 2 minutes' walk.  The village shops are under 5 minutes' walk, from where it is a few minutes walk down to the sheltered Blue Flag Beach.

Everything in the village is within walking distance so a car is not necessary and there is a bus stop nearby with regular service nearby to Luz and Lagos, but a car would give you more options and flexibility.
