Beautiful modern 2-bedroom semi-detached townhouse with sea views, a private pool , patio, garden and roof terrace, just a 2 minute walk to village restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk to the blue flag beach at Burgau!

 

A really spacious townhouse

located on a quiet road with no through traffic and free parking.

 

Gates at the front entrance open into a large covered outer area from where the front door opens into a small hallway.  Just inside the front door is a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.  Stairs from the hall lead up to the two bedrooms upstairs

 

The delightful, bright living area has doors to the sunny patio and pool area where there are four sun loungers so you can soak up the sun beside the private pool.  There is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and four chairs for al fresco dining, or just to relax with a glass of some of the terrific local wines! 

 

The lounge has a comfy couch and armchair from where you can enjoy views of the pool and patio. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player and the adjacent dining table has 6 dining chairs.

 

A door from the living area leads to a separate, compact well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven, ceramic hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto the sunny patio and pool area and charcoal BBQ, close to the patio table & chairs.

 

A stone staircase leads to the two bedrooms en-suite upstairs.  First is the twin bedroom, which has a little veranda with a countryside, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure, hand basin and toilet. 

The Master Bedroom has a 5 ft bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. Doors from this bedroom open onto a sunny veranda overlooking the pool with good sea views and views of the coastal cliff path.

 

From the upstairs corridor there is a glass door which leads to a private roof terrace

 

There is free wi fi and full air conditioning and the villa and pool are well maintained.

 

Burgau village is a firm favourite holiday destination for lots of people, and with it's fabulous Blue Flag Beach, delightful cobbled streets, low-key friendly atmosphere and so many excellent restaurants, it's no surprise!

 

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac

Everything in the village is within walking distance so a car is not necessary and there is a bus stop nearby with regular service to Lagos and Luz, but a car would give you more options and flexibility.

Booking Information

 

- To make a booking we need your postal address, telephone number and some party member details

- On receipt of the booking deposit we send you the reservation confirmation with booking dates, payments made, amount of balance and the balance due date

- Any changes by the client to a confirmed booking will incur an administration charge of Euro 50

- We accept VISA and MasterCard - nominal processing charge Euro 10

- We also accept payments by Bank Transfer  

- The Booking Deposit is deducted from the total rental amount and the rental balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday begins

- Travel Insurance is compulsory under EU Law. Rentals are on condition that clients have purchased adequate Travel Insurance to cover all party members.
