Fabulous modern 2-bedroom semi-detached townhouse with a private pool  and patio a 2 minute walk to village restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk to the blue flag beach at Burgau!

 

This is a lovely spacious modern end-of-row villa located in a quiet road with no through traffic and ample free parking.  The villa is semi-detached, being located on the end plot.  The location is at the edge of the small village of Burgau where the Natural Parque begins.

 

Gates at the front entrance open into a large covered area with a couple of patio seats and a table making it a cool, peaceful evening retreat.  From here the front door opens into a hallway off which is a guest bathroom with an shower, toilet and wash hand basin. 

 

The delightful, bright living area has doors to the sunny patio and pool area where there are four sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. 

 

The comfortable lounge has a couch and two chairs from where you can enjoy views of the pool area. It has a TV and DVD player and there is a dining table with seating for four. A door from the living area leads to a separate well-equipped kitchen which opens onto the patio and pool area where there is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, or enjoying a glass of the terrific local wine!

 

A stone staircase leads up to the two en-suite bedrooms. A door from the upstairs landing leads to a roof terrace with a table and 2 chairs which is a quiet spot for reading or sitting in the sun or shade.

 

 The twin bedroom has a little veranda with a countryside view.  It has built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure and toilet.

 

The master bedroom has 5 ft double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and toilet.  Doors open onto a sunny veranda overlooking the pool area, where there is a small table and two chairs.  Looking to the left from this veranda you can see the sea, and the view to the right takes in the unspoilt Parque Natural do Costa Vicentina.

 

The villa has free wi fi.  It has full air conditioning and electric shutters and it is very well cared for and the pool is regularly maintained.

 

This house is in a great location close to all the village amenities and the blue flag beach and having its own private pool makes it a brilliant choice for couples or small families.

The villa is very close to all amenities and the nearest restaurant is less than 2 minutes' walk.  The village shops are under 5 minutes' walk, from where it is a few minutes walk down to the sheltered Blue Flag Beach.

Everything in the village is within walking distance so a car is not necessary and there is a bus stop nearby with regular service nearby to Luz and Lagos, but a car would give you more options and flexibility.
