A charming two storey, 2-bedroom townhouse in the centre of Luz, 2 mins walk to the beach, with a pretty rear patio and front veranda with sea view. 

 

This delightful townhouse has two independent living areas, each with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, with each living area having free access to the other. 

 

 The ground floor living area is spacious and bright with a lounge area, kitchenette, dining table and there are doors leading to a delightful west-facing rear patio

 

The lounge area on the ground floor has a sofa-bed, and the adjacent dining table has chairs for 3 or 4 people.

 

The kitchen has modern fitted units, an electric oven and ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and there is also fridge and a washing machine.

 

 Glass doors from the dining area open onto a delightful paved patio garden with charcoal BBQ, table & chairs and sun loungers, and a small rear gate gives access to a path leading to village and beach.

 

Bedroom 1, off the living room, has a large double bed and built-in wardrobes.

The ground floor Bathroom has a large shower enclosure, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin.

 

The entrance hall stairs lead to the upstairs living room with a couch and easy chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs.  From here doors open onto a veranda with a table and chairs for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine while observing village life and the sea view.

 

The upper living room also has a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

 

Bedroom 2, upstairs, has a 5 ft bed, mirrored wardrobes and a smart en-suite bathroom with a large shower enclosure, bidet, wash hand basin and toilet. 

 

There is air con in the upstairs bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the upstairs living area. 

Please Note: there is no air con in the cooler ground floor areas.

 

With two independent living areas and a layout that can suit either 2 couples or a family, the house is really convenient to the shops and restaurants and, crucially, it is 2 minutes walk to the beach!

Located right in the centre of Luz village and adjacent to restaurants, shops and a couple of minutes' walk to the beach, there is no need for a car and there is a regular bus service to Lagos and Burgau, although a renting a car would give you more options and flexibility.

"The contact and the booking were made easy by Bernie in the office who, upon payment, furnished me with a complete set of details for shops, restaurants and attractions. The layout is such that 2 families can have half the house each - great for young ones with different bedtimes.  Everyone can get together in the lovely courtyard which catches the late afternoon sun. A lot of thought has gone into supplying a comprehensive set of kitchen tools and crockery, Twice. The manager based in Luz helped us with trivial problems and her excellent cleaning staff cleaned thoroughly and replaced laundry for us. ..Nice to be being able to leave towels & bags on the hired beach-loungers, stroll the 5 minutes home for a cool beer and a shower, then eat and wander back down to the beach, really convenient.  If you're happy to remain in Luz for meals out there is no need for a car.  There are however many good restaurants  along the coast and in nearby Lagos so public transport or a car would be needed.  In the evenings the activity is down on the promenade with many bars & restaurants but no matter how much you over-indulge, you know you're only 5 minutes from home"  GG, UK

- To make a booking we need your postal address, telephone number and some party member details

- On receipt of the booking deposit we send you the reservation confirmation with booking dates, payments made, amount of balance and the balance due date

- Any changes by the client to a confirmed booking will incur an administration charge of Euro 50

- We accept VISA and MasterCard - nominal processing charge Euro 10

- We also accept payments  by Bank Transfer  

- The Booking Deposit is deducted from the total rental amount and the rental balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday begins

- Travel Insurance is compulsory under EU Law. Rentals are on condition that clients have purchased adequate Travel Insurance to cover all party members.
