A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment with shared pool and wonderful sea views just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the Blue Flag beach!


A lovely spacious 2nd floor apartment with south-west facing verandas and delightful furnishings.  The apartment is very well presented and the foyer and public areas are also kept in pristine condition. 

As well as fantastic sea views, the apartment overlooks the attractive pool area which has a large pool, paddling pool and lots of space for sunbathing with ample sun loungers bordered by pretty shrubs.

On entering the apartment the large lounge/dining room is on the left with patio doors to a sunny veranda with gorgeous sea views. The lounge has soft couches, flat screen TV, a DVD player and there is Free Wi Fi. Also in the living area is a large dining table with seating for 6 people.

The well-equipped kitchen has modern units with lots of storage. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen which opens onto a veranda where there is a built-in BBQ.


The master bedroom has a 5 ft bed and a small veranda with great sea views.  It has a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet
 

Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have twin beds and small verandas with pleasant views towards a nearby grassy area and the village.

 

The family bathroom, located alongside the twin bedrooms, has shower enclosure and toilet.

 
You can use stairs or elevator to the second floor apartment. There are four blocks in this small complex, each consisting of ground floor, first and second floor, and all apartments have intercom entry. There is ample free parking for guests.


There lots of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk and the blue flag beach is about 8 minutes walk away. The village has supermarkets, pharmacy, health shop and clothes and gift shops, as well as a post office, banks, dentist and an international medical centre, all within walking distance.


 

 

 

This small apartment complex in Luz village is less than 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops and it is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach so a car is not necessary.  There is a bus stop nearby with regular service to Lagos and Burgau. 

 

However if you decide to hire a car you will have the chance to see the wonderful coastline to the west with beautiful sandy coves and beaches, pretty fishing villages and some brilliant little restaurants serving delicious fresh local fish, meats and wines.

"We stayed here with our 4 children in August '16. The apartment was very clean and well equipped on our arrival.  We were met by Clare who showed us where everything was and gave us a folder with lots of useful information. The apartments were nice and quiet and were only about 2/3rds full from what we could see. The apt is well situated in the quieter part of the village up the hill.  You will get lots of exercise walking down and up the hill to the beach! There are lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. There is also a bus service once an hour from the church which takes you into Lagos which is worth a visit. ... we had a great time, ate too many ice creams from the lovely shop by the church and would definitely return."  JM.
