"Acacias 15" is now booking for 2008.  This villa is a few doors away from "Villa Miranda". The villas have captivating sea views from their elevated position overlooking the bay and village of Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve.

The light and airy dining area has a hatch through to the kitchen, and there are patio doors from both the dining and sitting areas onto the large south facing veranda

The bright modern kitchen opens onto a small patio shaded by a Pergola, clad with a lovely perfumed Bougainvillea, and the front garden beyond

 
      
 

 

 

 

Acacias 15 has two bedrooms, and sleeps 4.  There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath/shower and bidet, one with shower, and there is also a guest wc/cloakroom in the entrance hall.

 

 

 

The Double Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and Patio Doors to the Pool and Garden

This gorgeous villa is set into a hill, so the front door, w.c./cloakroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen are at entry level to make the most of the superb ocean views.  The bedrooms, and two bathrooms are downstairs with patio doors which lead to the back garden and pool area. Outside are steps from the front garden down to the       Swimming Pool

Acacias 15 has its own private swimming pool, garden areas and stunning views of the ocean!

  • Deposit of €200 per week is required to secure a reservation - balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please.  On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made,         if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
