Acacias 12 has 2 bedrooms, and sleeps 4.  There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath/shower and bidet, one with shower, and there is also a guest toilet near the front entrance.

This gorgeous villa is set into a hill, so the front door, w.c./cloakroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen are at entry level to make the most of the superb ocean views.  The bedrooms, and two bathrooms are downstairs with patio doors leading to the back garden and pool area. Outside steps from the front garden to the Swimming Pool

 

Acacias 12 has its own private swimming pool, garden areas and fabulous ocean views!

BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (one-off processing fee €10)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request                                                  

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week  - the balance of rental amount payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please! 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
