The Villa is in a quiet residential area with lovely sea views!

The walk down to the village takes 10-15 minutes, and the beach is a few minutes further. 

 

The uphill walk back to the villa takes a bit longer and a car would be a great advantage! 

 

Luz Bay

If you hire a car you can also explore the wonderful coastline to the west where there are numerous sandy beaches & coves, towering cliffs and small fishing villages. 

 

The countryside has eucalyptus, oak and pine forests and olive groves and is dotted with pretty villages and to the north are the Monchique Mountains

BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking - details on request

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week  - balance payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
