quiet residential area on a hill overlooking the village of Luz. 

 

The village shops and the beach are a 15 minute walk downhill. 

 

A car would be an advantage for easier/faster access to the village facilities and beach.

BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (one-off processing fee of €10)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking - details on request

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week  - balance of rental is payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
