The walk down to the village takes 10-15 minutes, and the beach is a few minutes further. The uphill walk back to the villa takes a bit longer and a car would be a great advantage!	Promenade to Luz Beach	If you hire a car you can also explore the wonderful coastline to the west where there are numerous sandy beaches & towering cliffs and small fishing villages. The countryside has eucalyptus, oak and pine forests and olive groves dotted with pretty villages and Monchique Mountains to the north

Booking Deposit is €200 per week - balance payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday
Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis.

On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date

CANCELLATIONS:

The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.

If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.
