On receipt of a Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.
CANCELLATIONS:

The booking
The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.
Travel Insurance is recommended.
