Villa 100 is a very popular 4 Bedroom detached villa situated in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Bela Vista in Luz, overlooking the village with lovely sea views!

 

There are two separate lounge areas -

The main Lounge area has a dining table and it opens onto a sunny veranda. Stairs lead from here down to the bedrooms.

An additional seating area with L-shaped sofa, TV, Media centre, Wood burner and dining table.

                                        Bedroom 1 has double bed and en-suite Bathroom and patio doors to the pool area

Quinta da Bela Vista is a quiet residential area situated on a hill behind the village of Luz.  The village and beach are a 15 minute walk downhill.  A car would be an advantage for easier access to the village facilities and the beach, and to explore the beautiful coastline.

BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request                                                             

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week - balance of rental is payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please! 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
