Villa 100 is a very popular 4 Bedroom detached villa overlooking the village with lovely sea views!

 

There are two separate lounge areas -

The main Lounge area has a dining table and opens onto a sunny veranda. Stairs lead  down to the bedrooms.

Additional seating area with L-shaped sofa, TV, Media centre, Wood burner and dining table.

                  Bedroom Details:

                       Bedroom 1 has double bed and en-suite Bathroom and patio doors to the pool area

                       Bedroom 2 has twin beds and en-suite Bathroom and patio doors to the pool area         

                       Bedroom 3 has double bed and en-suite Shower Room                     

                       Bedroom 4 has twin beds

                       Separate Shower Room with Toilet

Quinta Bela Vista -farm with beautiful view is a quiet residential area situated on a hill behind Luz village  

The village is 10 minutes walk and the beach is a 15 minute walk downhill. 

 

A car would be an advantage for easier/faster access to the village facilities and the beach, and to explore the beautiful coastline.

There is ample parking on the quiet road outside the villa.

BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on reques                                                            

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week - balance of rental is payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please! 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
