The Swimming Pool is private, for the sole use of the occupants of the house.

 

The communal pool in the complex also has a children's paddling area, bar/snack bar and sunbathing area, and the Burgau beach is only 5 minutes walk away...

 

Guests can avail of a 10% discount in the superb Complex restaurant, and they can also use the health Spa with sauna, gym, etc.

Twin Bedroom

There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with king-sized double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over a whirlpool bath. There is an en-suite shower with the twin room.

There is also a shower room beside the living area and entrance hall.

Burgau Beach

Burgau Beach & Boat Slipway

Burgau is a typical Portuguese fishing village, full of character with lots of blue & white houses and narrow, cobbled streets leading down to an idyllic, sandy cove. 

There are some small grocery shops, a supermarket, a few craft shops and ample restaurants and bars etc.

 The Post Office comes every morning at about 11am to the Main Street - it is a purpose built red van, and is well worth a visit and a photograph!

  • Deposit of €200 per week is required to secure a reservation - balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please.  On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
