The twin bedroom is beside the main living area, close to the bathroom which has a shower over bath. 

Upstairs, the master bedroom has king-sized double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over a whirlpool bath.

The bathrooms are finished to a very high standard in contemporary styles.

The Kitchen, with a door to the patio, is compact and well-equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, etc.

Burgau is a typical Portuguese fishing village, full of character with lots of blue & white houses and narrow, cobbled streets leading down to an idyllic, sandy cove. 
There are some small grocery shops, a supermarket, ATM, a few craft shops and lots of good friendly restaurants and bars.

Distances:

Faro Airport: a 1 hour drive mostly on quiet motorway. 

Lagos is a 10-minute drive.

Sagres/West Coast is a 15-minute drive.

 
The Post Office comes every morning at about 11am to the Main Street - it is a purpose built red van, and is well worth a visit and even a photograph!

  • Deposit of €200 per week is required to secure a reservation - balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please. 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
