This beautiful Villa is in the same small group of villas as Acacias 9, 10 and 15. The villas are situated in a small,
quiet group of villas overlooking Praia da Luz - which is 30 miles from Portugal's most Westerly point,
Cape St. Vincent. The villas, situated on an elevated site overlooking former fishing village of Praia da Luz, all
have their own private swimming pools and panoramic sea views.

The modern kitchen has gas/electric hob, electric fan oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender etc. The kitchen has an external door to the side and back of the villa, at pool level. The lounge and dining room are beside the kitchen and there is also a large cloakroom & toilet on this lower level.

This fabulous split-level villa is very nicely furnished, and has 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and w.c. and bidet, and a veranda with views of the sea. The second bedroom has twin beds and has sliding patio doors that open onto a veranda with lovely sea views.
The main bathroom has a shower and w.c. is located between the second and third bedrooms.
The third bedroom also has twin beds, and, like the other bedrooms, has generous built in wardrobes. This bedroom overlooks the pretty front garden area. Because the villa is split level, the front entrance and bedrooms are on the same level, and the kitchen, lounge, dining area and guest bathroom are downstairs at the lower garden/pool level.

Acacias 37 has its own private pool in a very large back Garden, a pretty climber-covered pergola providing shade at one side of the villa. There are glorious views of Luz bay, the cliffs and the ocean ! |

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath/shower and bidet, one with shower and there is also a wc/cloakroom near the Lounge/Dining Area.

When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please. On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.

The booking
The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.
Travel Insurance is recommended.
