This beautiful Villa is in the same small
exclusive group of villas as Acacias 10, 12, 15 and 22 which overlook the village Praia da Luz, 30 miles from Portugal's most Westerly point,
Cape St. Vincent.
The villas all have
wonderful panoramic sea views ~ all have their own private swimming
pools.

The modern kitchen has
electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, integrated
fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
as well as coffee maker,
electric kettle, toaster, blender etc.
The kitchen has an
external door to the side and back garden of
the villa, at pool level.
The lounge and dining room are
beside the kitchen and there is also a large cloakroom & toilet on this
lower level.

This is a split level villa.
The Entrance
Hall and Bedrooms on the same level. The Kitchen,

Bedroom 1 has twin beds and
en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bidet, and a veranda with
sea views.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and sliding patio
doors that open onto a veranda with lovely sea views.

beds, and, like the other bedrooms, has generous built in wardrobes. It
overlooks the pretty front garden area.
The
main bathroom has a shower and w.c. is located between the
second and third
bedrooms.

in a very large mature Garden.

the villa.

be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.
