Bedroom 1 has twin beds and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bidet, and a veranda with sea views.

 

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and sliding patio doors that open onto a veranda with lovely sea views. 

 

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, and, like the other bedrooms, has generous built in wardrobes. It overlooks the pretty front garden area.

 

The main bathroom has a shower and w.c. is located between the second and third bedrooms.

BOOKINGS:

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (one-off processing fee €10)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request                                                  

  • Booking Deposit is €200 per week  - the balance of rental amount payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis 

  • Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance and date payable   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made,   if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
