This is a split level villa. The Entrance
Hall and Bedrooms on the same level. The Kitchen,
Lounge, Dining Area and Guest Bathroom are downstairs at the lower
garden/pool level.

CANCELLATIONS:
deposit
of €200 per week is non-refundable.
The
balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. If
full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will
be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.
Travel Insurance is
strongly recommended.
