"Acacias 22" - a lovely detached South-facing, 2-bedroom villa with its own swimming pool, garden and sunny patio. From the villa it is just a short walk to the village, and to the sandy blue-flag beach.
The Villa is in the same small group of villas as Acacias 9,10 and 15 and 37 and they are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Praia da Luz - 30 miles from Portugal's most Westerly point, Cape St. Vincent.
The villa has panoramic Sea Views, being situated on an elevated site overlooking former fishing village of Praia da Luz, which has a Blue Flag Beach.

The pretty Lounge has 2 generous sized couches, and patio doors lead onto a sunny Veranda. The dining area has seating for 6 people from where sliding doors open onto a lovely balcony where there is another table and chairs for perfect meals 'al fresco'

The Kitchen is very well equipped, with Gas & Electric Hob and an Electric Fan Oven. There is Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Integrated Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Electric Kettle etc. and there is a hatch between the kitchen and the dining area. ~ There is a Guest Bathroom on this level ~

Acacias 22 has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath/shower and bidet, and one with shower, and there is also a wc/cloakroom near the Lounge/Dining Area |

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and bidet. Sliding doors lead onto the sunny patio and pool area outside. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has sliding doors that open onto the patio area which has lovely sea views.

~ The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic and ample parking ~
Within 5 minutes walk are shops, pubs & restaurants. The Blue Flag Beach and the rest of the Village are a 10 minute walk from the Villa. The best thing is - you can take or leave the village, as you wish !!

When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please. On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date.

The booking
The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.
Travel Insurance is recommended.
