The gorgeous split-level Detached Villa is very beautifully furnished, with all you need to 'chill out' and enjoy a relaxing holiday in a lovely, quiet area near to the sandy beach and village.

The 2 bedrooms, which are on the lower level, while the living and kitchen area is upstairs -to make the most of the Stunning Sea Views!

The pretty Lounge has patio doors lead onto a sunny Veranda. The dining area has seating for 6 people from where sliding doors open onto the lovely balcony where there is another table and chairs for perfect meals 'al fresco' with a great view!

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and bidet. Large built-in wardrobes and sliding doors lead onto the sunny patio and pool area outside. The twin bedroom has built-in wardrobes sliding doors to the patio area which has lovely sea views

Booking Deposit is €200 per week - the balance of rental amount payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis

Bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please!

On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date

CANCELLATIONS:

The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to re-let the villa.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
